What if I book but the course is rescheduled?

In the rare case of rescheduling, we’ll move you to the next available date (typically within 7–14 days). You’ll be notified in advance and can request a different date if needed.

Can I switch locations after booking?

Yes, if space is available. We'll help you move.

Is my deposit refundable?

Deposits are non-refundable but transferable once, meaning you’re allowed to move your booking one time to a different date or course without losing your deposit. (Please see our Terms & Conditions)

What’s the difference between Cape Town and Gauteng training?

Cape Town offers more flexibility; Gauteng runs on set dates with group sessions.

Germiston / Gauteng

Training in Gauteng takes place every 4 to 6 weeks, or as per our training calendar.
Minimum 3, max 5 participants required. If under 3, we’ll move you to the next available date or earlier if the group fills up.

Our Terms & Conditions

Please note that any and all bookings for courses and training are to be made through our Head Office in Cape Town.

Prices on this website are for attending training courses at our training facility only.
For onsite training , please contact us for a quotation.

Fees are payable as follows:

● A 50% deposit must be paid upon registration to secure your place and the dates you have selected.
● Balance of payment is due by the latest 1 Day prior to commencement of training.

(We will not commence training until fees have been paid for in full).

REFUNDS: All Fees paid are non-refundable.

Payment can be made either using Direct Deposit or (E.F.T.) Electronic Funds Transfer.

Banking details are issued upon Quotation or Invoice.

Discounts are available when choosing " Early Bird " Online Payment options.

All materials & tools are supplied by Sign Academy for training purposes at our Facility.
Clients to provide Tools & Materials for Onsite Training.
A Hard Copy Printed Certificate is issued on the day of completion.
Digital Copy of Training Manual issued on completion of each course

Auto Stylers Academy South Africa cannot control acts of traffic, acts of God, or acts of others. We will not be forced to cancel your booking due to an unfortunate incident.

Please understand that we are holding limited places for participants wanting to book and attend our courses so reservations for our courses are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your booking can be rescheduled for alternative dates or transferred to a work colleague/alternative source.

We will not attempt to refill your booking and your place will still remain on the selected course. If you have any special requirements please notify us as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist.
